In Hamburg, we have a total of 54 apartments in two buildings in our portfolio. Both buildings are centrally located in the Ottensen district and have excellent transport links to the city’s universities and colleges.
The building at Erzbergerstrasse 4 is located on a quiet one-way residential street that runs parallel to Ottensen’s pedestrian zone, between Spritzenplatz and Altona train station.
The building has a total of 35 apartments (1-room apartments/studios).
All important amenities for daily life—shops, banks, restaurants, bars, post office, doctors, pharmacies, weekly market, etc.—are in the immediate vicinity. The sandy beaches of the Elbe are only a 10-minute walk from the building.
The building was constructed at the end of the 19th century, was completely renovated between 2015 and 2020, and is heated by a new heating system (district heating) installed in 2021. Hot water is supplied electrically by the apartment’s own hot water boiler.
The building at Bahrenfelder Steindamm 16 is located directly in front of the new Ottensen S-Bahn station, next to the Phönix-Höfe shopping center. The building has a total of 22 apartments
(one-room apartments/studios).
All important amenities for daily life—shops, banks, restaurants, bars, post office, doctors, pharmacies, weekly market, etc.—are in the immediate vicinity. The Ottensen pedestrian zone and Altona train station are only a 10-minute walk away.
There is a bus stop (connection to Altona train station) in front of the building.
The sandy beaches of the Elbe are only a 15-minute walk from the building.
The building was constructed at the end of the 19th century, was completely renovated between 2018 and 2023, and is heated by a new heating system (fuel oil) installed in 2018.
Hot water is supplied electrically (hot water boiler).
We had to sell our house at Max-Brauer-Allee 213 to Deutsche Bahn AG—the house (along with five other houses at the intersection) was demolished in February 2024 to make way for the new, large Sternbrücke bridge.
