If any of the above EMERGENCIES occur, please send an SMS to this number with the following information: your name, exact address, and when exactly what happened. The above emergency text message number has been set up for reporting the above emergencies by text message.
Please do not call this number!
This number is NOT for answering general questions about the tenancy agreement, and is NOT for arranging appointments for minor repairs (which do not constitute an emergency).

After reporting an emergency via text message (to the emergency text message number above), you must always report it to the property management company by email at the same time!

Correspondence
As we are not always in the office and cannot always find the time to collect registered letters with return receipt (of which we are notified by post) from the post office within the specified time limits, we kindly ask you, if you do not want to or cannot communicate your concerns by email, to send us only normal letters or registered mail with return receipt, so that timely delivery is guaranteed and we can process all matters quickly.
